Ah yes, that's right, I had forgotten the details. To quote my own post:

I probably shouldn't have mentioned the 0.85 thing, as that wasn't in a released version and just confuses the matter. 0.99 is what you want if you want to put that particular file to how it was in PR1.1.1, if my analysis is correct.
