Karel: yes, don't mention it, except you really know what you are talking about (but hey, in this case you would not have THIS association...)

Just type "n800" into "Artikelsuche" (search), then go through the pages. There is a lot more for the n800 than just facesplates. They have phone support in English. I've received my replacement faceplate a few days ago.
