Answering to my self. I managed to find out that if you are logged in to google, address http://www.google.com/reader/api/0/u...count?all=true contains information in xml about unread items. So next thing might be wgetting it to temp folder and parsing text with regular expressions right? Maybe someone could point me to right direction as i have no knowledge about QBW scripts nor regular expressions.
