Yes i have had the same experience after a reflash, all was ok. I was only suggesting that as a precaution. I don't know where or how the activation info is held.

Certainly it is what I do now as a matter of course. Just trying to be safe rather than sorry.

My brother had to send his N800 back to Nokia and Navicore wouldn't run on the replacement device because the code was still active on the returned faulty tablet.

Navicore Ltd came through in the end for him though, so they seem to be very good in that respect.
