I search the forum and saw people discuss this as being an issue, but have as of yet found no solution to it. I would like to purchase Angry Birds level pack and Zen Bound, but I can't. I thought it was becuase I am american living in germany (with american banks and cards), so when I went to the states for business I thought I would try to get it there, still got the same card usage denied message.

Anyone know what the deal is? I don't have a problem with any other international thing purchase wise.
