I think on three levels: the hardware (coming from the tablets), the closed phone OS and thriving commercial and vendor support have been let downs.

Nokia are big enough to take care of all of these points, thats whats given them their prestige. Thats what irks.

Its almost just a hobbyist's device now with a vendor abandoned OS after half a year.
