...simply because they now know how to connect to all of their devices directories and edit files from whatever desktop OS they use... image if they continued down that rabbit hole.
I came to similar conclusions for my own needs but you can do this from nearly any current smartphone. Aim is to do everything on the n900 though, to differentiate it as a product. It is its raison d'être.
