There is no provocation. In the same way you are allowed to bad mouth Nokia, people are allowed to say "he needed a serious time-out". That is not an insult, it does not provoke injury.

Also, you are not the OP, so you don't get to ask the thread be closed. Even if you were, you need good reason for it to be closed.

Please also stop sprouting lies about moderators modifying your posts. Everyone can see when a post is modified (it actually says it down the bottom of a post, "Last modified by {nickname}, reason: {reason}", regardless if it's a mod or not). If you have problems, please address them with the moderator in question, or ask another moderator to bring it up. Build a case, but please, don't do it in public.
