Find posts by user containing "lol", show posts.

"Surface" scan is a scan I did on the surface, the first 25 posts in the search, to see how many were in embedded quotes, how many were referrals, etc. For those with a few, I've investigated. For those with 20 or more, I skimmed the search window, so it's far from precise, rather the excuse rate is a percentage of what I found to be "excused" uses, such as quotes, referral to the word, tag, etc.

Percentage is LOLs x Excused x Number of posts (rounded). Silvermountain, e.g., has 1100 posts, not 1000.

As for who made the list, it's the people I saw above in this thread.
