Sorry for being honest man but lack of consistency to me. Its like mix of many styles and the only neon is the background... and not actually neon at all.

Take for example swipe-to-unlock button (That has potential to be true neon like) as the base for GUI and consequently try to keep this across the rest of elements. But not to much obviously.

Edit: I haven't seen category icons before. That's much better. Keep this style across and will be cool theme
