I don't think HTC has made any announcement. Some HTC devices haven't even received 2.1 yet.
HTC Desire, EVO 4G, and one more... were explicitly stated to get Froyo and FP 10.1 already, more are slated but not 100% confirmed in regards to Flash Player 10.1, but for Froyo.

And once I saw that Adobe stated "MeeGo"... I knew Maemo was skipped.

7 months after release, it's obsolete. That's a new record for Nokia.
