Of course yes, Google Voice will call your cell phone - that is the who essense of Google Voice.

But point is poeple will have to call your Google voice number (not your cell number) and then in GV you set up your Cell number as the forwarding number.

In that case when anybody call your GV number, your cell phone will also ring. You can setup multiple phones as forwareded numbers - like have both Cell phone and Home phone ring when you are at home and have only Cell phone ring on Weekdays when you are away from home .. and so on.

I sthis what you asked for ?
