There is no upper limit for TKIP or AES key length, they can be as long as you want.
For WEP, there are upper limits and they are defined in the 802.11 standard. 770 follows the standard in that regard, so there are no issues here. I tried to explain the rationale behind WEP key lengths in one of my previous posts:
