I found the solution for snap to grid issue!

edit the transition.ini from /usr/share/themes/blackplastictheme-themedir and replace the lines:

# Edit mode configuration
# Snap to grid -asetus kommentoitiin helvettiin jotta systeemin oma asetus tulisi voimaan.
# [edit_mode]
# snap_grid_size=4
# Set to 0 if snap to grid should be only happen when widget is released
# snap_to_grid_while_move=1



with this ones


# Edit mode configuration
[edit_mode]
snap_grid_size=16
# Set to 0 if snap to grid should be only happen when widget is released
snap_to_grid_while_move=1



Now it will not be needed to copy the transitions.ini to /usr/share/hildon-desktop

I attached the new transitions file. Just remove the zip extension from the end and copy to usr/share/themes/blackplastictheme-themedir/
