I've read all the threads on this one to no avail.
When I open the lense cover for the camera, or launch the application, It loads the UI, then immediatly closes saying "operation failed".
so far from other posts i've...

Taken out my memory card
Done a scandisk with fix turned on
formatted the eMMC card in windows
formatted it on the device
Reflashed the eMMC and the Fiasco images (without rebooting)

None of this seems to enable the camera to run? any ideas?
