If you already have MyContacts installed you can fall in little bug on update that doesn't update really the application.
If you notice this problem try to do this: uninstall Mycontacts from application manager, reboot N900, reinstall MyContacts from app man.

Done... Both are working awesome... My contacts is much more smoother than horizontal call in my mobile... man, now i can type and drive :P... Just Kiddin. Thanks buddy.
