I would really discourage you from driving and typing at the same time!

Walking or standing on the bus while typing, however, is a joy with the new portrait keyboard (even if it is not finished yet).

I would really like to have a full QWERTY keyboard in portrait mode as well, like the one you find in Opera Mobile. Kudos to w00t and others for finding this and giving us the oppurtunity to test it out!
