Ok then you write the gui, you package it fully and you distribute it. I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to do it. ..oh wait... We don't need testers for something that has no one to fix it. All we get then is pages and pages of spam from people arguing pointless arguments that it should be in repos or needs a GUI. We get it... it should... but that doesn't mean it will, nor can be that way.
