Why can't we all accept that anyone who ever buys a phone or computer or anything with surpassable specs is a loser if they want to maintain a superior phone forever.

People who sell technology make a living on obsolescence. They want you to feel bad if your phone doesn't have the best specs. These are the same people who want to sell you a whiter smile.

As long as we have developers and freedom and a command line, we have a shot at doing whatever we want to do with this phone.
