Knips does not find the camera on the n800. The view window is solid black.

Tapping "klick!" causes a pause, followed by:

"Error while fetching image! The video control did not offer an image in time. Giving up!"

Other camera apps work fine on this device (eg. mbarcode, and "camera")

This is on an n800 running maemo 2008, knips version 0.6.20091110-2.

I will not file a bug report, because of privacy mishandling of the bug database (ref: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=6377), but anyone with a bug db account is welcome to report this issue.
