Jay92, did you bring it back to the store? Or call Nokia? What did they tell you they would do?

If I had to guess, I'd say they will somehow say it's not covered but that they'll give you a GREAT discount on the full suggested retail price which, I'm sure, is a LOT more than the slightly more than $400 you could buy a brand new one for online. That's been my experience in the past with Nokia. Their support, for me, has been as awesome as a wet, dirty pair of underwear.
