there is a link to download Java SE for Arm.

The link goes to a survey page

If you fill out the required fields you can download it.

There are a couple of caveats. First, it has a limited life. Second, it is for Java 1.4.2 so not quite the latest and greatest.

I haven't tried it yet but intend to.
