If you start the XTerminal, you can create the directory without a problem.

mkdir .pr0n

The real problem is that the pre-installed File Manager is designed to protect the casual user from ending up with a mess, hence the protection against creating directory names starting with ".".

One way to circumnavigate this, which is a wonderful way of putting it

, is to install a more competent file manager. Like Midnight Commander, or mc for short. Then you can manage all your directories like a real Linux buff and move around your data as you please.
