HELP!!!

when i entered

cd /and
rm -rf *
bzcat /home/user/MyDocs/NITDroid-N900-0.0.5-3-BIG.tbz2 | tar xvf -

it appears

/bin/sh: bzcat: not found
tar: short read

Can anyone please help me with that?
