Like I said, I have the titan's custom kernel with the Starving setting and smartreflex enabled on VDD1 only because enabling it for VDD2 is unstable for me. Also I have the POWERSAFE_BIAS from Titan Kernel enabled on 25. That helps me to keep the CPU on a very low range of MHZ. By the way, I have the 125MHZ speed enabled and reniced the background tasks, and the ignore_nice_load value set to 1. I think that is everything, but it took me several weeks to find out settings that give me more than 12hrs of intermediate usage.
