Yes, but the reason why is capitalism. The price your paying on the N900 is the price Rovio wishes they could charge on the iPhone. But they cannot because there is so much game competition on the iPhone that if they did, they may not sell as many "copies" as they can by giving levels for free.

While on the N900 you don't have much competition (and a much smaller user base) so they can charge the price they originally intended.
