No, he hadn't. If we got OpenGL 2 plugin, getting it working using gl-wes-v2 should be a snap. N64 uses different GPU chip than PSX. To make matter worse PSX GPU chip is one of the first that hit the mass market and is very different what we got used to. I've been going through PEOPS plugin and seen very wierd use of OpenGL pipeline, with comments explaining that there is some heavy VooDoo going on here. Withouth through knowledge (like Pete's) of the GPU internals it's impossible to rewrite this plugin.
