well we do have something of the sort already..
the PHONE icon on the top left corner of the contact will be solid. once its RINGING the phone icon BLINKS.
and once he/she picks up, the TIMER starts.
thats how you know..
no vibration really required, but hey if you really want it..WHY NOT!
