Great PR campaign. At other Companies something like this looks differnt... look at example at Nintendo or Apple. They have booth displeased Users ("core gamers" or "antenna problem") - but in the end the happy users are dominating. And the feedback at such a PR campain is there under the line still very positive.

and you thing those who are pleased are contributing to the feedback? or only letting flamers and trolls play together?
