That is not important. There are several others telling about the fantastic Nokia support... at the official Nokia site. Great PR campaign. At other Companies something like this looks differnt... look at example at Nintendo or Apple. They have booth displeased Users ("core gamers" or "antenna problem") - but in the end the happy users are dominating. And the feedback at such a PR campain is there under the line still very positive. At Nokia it is different... I coudn't imagine why...
