That is an awesome rig. Don't they make wi-fi routers with built-in SIM card slots yet?
Seems such a pain to have to buy the router AND then go and buy the card but I can see where it would be pretty future-proof and makes it not only GSM but CDMA compatible as well...well, until everything goes Expresscard later on.
I'd use it over here in the states for something currently ubiquitous, like slapping in an EVDO card or something.
