you already have the steps right.
One place you have to be careful at is the SSID which you are entering.
The connection name can be any string. but the SSID should be specifically what the office WiFi uses and its unlikely to be MyOfficeWiFi. Otherwise you wont be able to connect to the network.

A2DP unstable when WiFi is on.
"Wi-Fi Protected Setup" doesn't work, is not optional, and is used when disabled.
