I emailed them and got the following response..... They do not know when they will fix this, and have the nerve to ask if I would let them know if this e-mail solves my issue...

Yes, there has been issue with payments in Ovi Store, Nokia is fixing this issue. There is no update as to when this issue will be fixed. We apologize for this inconvenience. May we know the applications that you are trying to download? You may also try to check with the developers website if the application would work for your device.

[Message: Ovi Store has been unable to process any credit card for the past few months. It is not a problem with my cards: they all work. Ovi has problems - see the threads in maemo.org.
When will this very simple problem be fixed? If you cannot fix it, then just outsource your billing system to paypal. At least you might keep a few customers after the rest jump to apple.
