so guys all u need to have is : a nokia n900 and nitdroid(the new one that came out on 23 july). so all u do is hold ur finger above the camera and an option screen comes up. it has diffrent options depending on the app ur running. like when ur running music player, it shows play, party shuffle, and shuffle EDIT: HOLD YOUR FINGER ON THE FRONT CAMERA
