Aligatro,
From what i understand, using xterm is done via sfdisk.
As advised by Dj Steve for NITDroid setup on SD card:
sfdisk -uM /dev/mmcblk1 << EOF
,6100,C
,,L
,,
,,
EOF
Gives you a 6.1gb partition and the other is remainder.
