just booted back, now my phone cant mount the sd card, tried to format the sd card again and stil doesnt show on my file manager

It wont show on file manager, only the fat partition will.

Once you have formatted it as per the instruction, mount it to /and (as in my post above) then if you

you will then be accessing the memory card. This is where you need to be when you untar the rootfs.
