A good place to start would be to check out Thoughtfix's excellent blog and articles related to the N800. He's just posted a new, lengthy and quite nice comparison of the N800 and the Itouchy, but that's just the latest in along line of articles. There are also several long threads comparing the two (apples and nokianges) in this forum that will make for some good bedtime reading

One of these, if I recall correctly, was a post where someone (maybe Thoughtfix?) either found or digitally altered the picture you saw. That particular image then, is just imaginative speculation, but there are plenty of other new 'real' mid-size devices coming out and readers of the forums are always posting sightings/reviews.
