True, the community is adding value to the device over time. But it is still important to hold a candle to Nokia's criminality rather than let the Nokia goons (someone hired to rough someone up) try to convince new users that everything is their fault and Nokia's service is fine. Many of these goons held the same line even when the n900 was a mess. The stinker is that Nokia's level of support hasn't changed and in fact they have now classed the device as obsolete.
