Lol just for the fun I contacted live chat and here is what the so called specialist told me

Dinesh : When you connect the high capacity card using an adapter sometimes it wont get the high capacity voltages and this leads to card not recognize on your computer, for better result we need a compatible external card reader, because readers can read cards more efficient than adapter and camera USB cables.

I asked the obvious question Why was the adapter included in the first place and he just ignored it and said to return item to the store
