I usually do that with the built-in RSS reader in my Nokia N800. Before leaving I just press the refresh button in the RSS reader and that's all. The only missing thing is you don't get any image from the feeds, because are loaded on demand.

Another solution is take all your RSS feeds and generate a HTML output and be loaded in the Nokia before leaving...
