No, all the source files you see in there are artefacts of the build process. ``make clean'' in any of s3cbc, s3clcd, or pvrsrvkm and you're left with a Makefile and an object file.

However, I've been in communication with Samsung and have been told that the acutal source for those modules is in fact GPL'd (as indicated in the .modinfo section of the object files) and should have been released. It should be up next Monday, at least for the I9000, and hopefully for all the other Galaxy S phones as well.
