Thanks for this -- I know about withdrawing to a card (Visa electron is quite popular here), but still require some knowledge to accomplish -- for ie., lots of ppl haven't heard for such card (visa yes, but visa electron?) and my bank doesn't have this type, so I need to go to another bank. It's doable, but consider this as workaround, temporary solution
