There is just one point that I hope for Nokia. As the middlemen in this vortex of activites, Nokia should represent the interest of all parties included the best they can.

They should make it easy for buyers to purchase stuffs from Ovi. They have a lot to do with variables that could affect pricing of individual products sold through Ovi store. How can they be beat by Apple, which is known as the premium seller commanding premium prices?? (ok, there's no need to repeat the previous debate points; N900 is a special case, but I think you're seeing similar numbers on Symbian front which nullifies a few of the counterpoints raised).

They should make it easy for developers to produce and distribute their wares through Ovi. Having a special relationship with the OSS community, I can't believe they didn't try to accommodate non professional developers to publish their apps in the Ovi store from the get go.

Being a global player with access to infinitely more markets than Apple, I can't believe them being beat by Apple in terms of the flexibility and cost of their online shop.
