I don't know any easy way..
The format of the bookmarks in NIT is in xbel. Have a look here. There is a Python script for converting Opera bookmarks to XBEL.

Then you have to import them to the N800. The bookmarks file (MyBookmarks.xml) resides over in the '/usr/share/bookmark-manager/bookmarks' which you could replace, but I would first try to use the 'Import..' feature of the Bookmark Manager.

You might give it a try if you feel like hacking!!
