If it did, the FCC would have had to test the RF emissions in the WiMax range (2.5 GHz)and this test does not appear in that report. The test DOES show that they tested WiFi, Bluetooth, and Bluetooth + GPS emissions. This would appear to be a new model of tablet with built-in GPS rather than with WiMax.
It also mentions the following:

1.1. EUT and Accessory Information
The EUT is a Bluetooth and WLAN device. WCDMA band is tested in idle mode. Bluetooth and
WLAN are tested with maximum rated TX power.
WCDMA ???
