@YoDude and krisse The FCC tests for the original N800 also have that exact same wording. I believe it is part of their test procedure. I'm stall at work and haven't had a chance to look closely at the docs, but I'm fairly certain that the model posted to the FCC site today does not have WiMax. It would be neat to discover that this is the version with the keyboard. The GPS alone is enough reason for me to buy this even though I only purchased my N800 last month. I better start saving up!
