The slowness and lagging I first reported has settled down quite a bit after a couple of uses yesterday and this morning. It is now about par with MM9.

It now has integrated contact info and the menu lags, high CPU load, and mini freezes I saw on first run may have been because it was parsing and loading this contact info in the background.

I can live with once and done and it doesn't seem to be doing this now. That's a good thing!

Another good thing is that you can transfer your custom POI's and Favorites over manually to the same directories from MM9 if you saved them before upgrading.

Many of the same mods and hacks to MM9 work too.
