rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/imhere-0.3.prerm
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/imhere-0.3.postinst
dpkg --purge --force-remove-reinstreq imhere-0.3

should work. At least that's how I got rid of it, thanks to mauron85
