I would say 14 is reasonable...
Reason.. you get the stuff "new" at amazon for 399$. this comes to around 18K (@ 45Rupees / $).

Dell has it at 349$ some time back (new again).

The item on sale is 2nd hand stuff. Any electronic item loose 30% the moment you buy it out from any store.
