I think community, being a group of people that share similar ideals, knowledge and interests.

I think maemo.org has recently with the influx of "end-users" grown another community which needs to be more surrogate.

I thought I remembered a time when the maemo.org front page actually described what this domain is for. The community interested in developing for and around the maemo operating system which was the basis for Nokia's Internet Tablet OS.

Where is that now? Should probably stick it back there.
