As funny as it is, I had the feeling this is going to be "If you don't know me by now", but it *IS* high in the related column. On a more serious note, while I don't think a poll can give a realistic answer on a question like this, I am somewhat curious how many of you (still alive in this thread) would change their originally cast votes (in other words, came away at least a bit more enlightened about what the Council does, liking it or not - something that can be remedied or confirmed on the next elections).

Also, what we have not really talked about are previous Councils. Sure, there are five guys now, whom you might have voted for (or not), whose viewpoints and policies you agree with (or not), but the current setup is just one, the concept of the Council spans more than us five currently elected ones. When considering the role and results of the institution, take also into account the things (and lessons ?) that were done by previous Councils (though I think I have not really seen any previous council members actively taking part in this discussion).
